At the North of the River Chamber of Commerce, we value your support and participation in our mission to serve the community. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the funds we receive from sponsorships, event tickets, and memberships are critical to fulfilling our mission.

Please carefully review our refund policy below:

  1. Sponsorships
    • Sponsorship purchases are non-refundable once confirmed, as they directly contribute to the planning and execution of our programs, events, and initiatives.
    • If an event is canceled, sponsors will be offered alternative opportunities to apply their sponsorship toward another event or initiative.
  2. Event Tickets
    • Refunds for event tickets are available only if a written request is submitted at least 3 business days befor the event date.
    • If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to request a refund or transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event or another event of equal value.
  3. Memberships
    • Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, as membership benefits and resources are available immediately upon joining.
    • Memberships are non-transferrable.
    • Membership fee invoices are applied on an anniversary basis.
  4. Donations
    • Donations made through this website or otherwise are non-refundable. Non-monetary donations cannot be returned. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all donations are tax-deductible to the extend allowed by law.
  5. How to Request a Refund
    • To request a refund or inquire about our policies, please contact us via email at info@norchamber.org.
    • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  6. Additional Terms
    • All purchases and contributions made to the North of the River Chamber of Commerce are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
    • By completing a transaction on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
